MURRAY COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – A Garvin County assistant district attorney faces a DUI charge after being pulled over and cited for going the wrong way down a one way road in Murray County last week.
Stephen Wolfe, 26, was arrested and is now facing misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence of alcohol and transporting an open container of alcohol.
Wolfe has pleaded not guilty and is due back in court next month.
