The world of boxing has suffered a loss – legendary coach Tommy Brooks has passed away at the age of 71. He worked with stars such as Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko, as well as the famous Evander Holyfield, who defeated Mike Tyson twice with his support. An important figure in world boxing passed away after a long battle with cancer on July 30.
Tommy Brooks was known as a coach, but he also entered the ring himself. In 1975, he became the AAU middleweight champion by defeating Michael Spinks. Later, Brooks transitioned to coaching and worked with world champions, opening up new opportunities for them.
